   According to the Korean Daily Economic Newspaper (nicknamed Hankyung), Hyundai has stopped developing new internal combustion engines and they are shifting their focus to electric vehicles.  Therefore, the Machine Development Division at South Korea’s Research and Development Centre is closed.  The powertrain segment has now been converted to the Electricization Development Team and they are now dedicated to electric vehicles.

   It is important to halt the development of internal combustion engines because Hyundai aims to become fully electric in all major requests by 2040.  They plan to acquire 30 percent of their total deals from zero-emigration vehicles by 2030.

   In India alone, Hyundai has plenty of machinery for their vehicles.  Their capacity measures from 1.1-liters to 2.0-liters.  There are naturally aspirated machines, turbocharged petrol engines that come with direct injection, naturally aspirated engines and diesel engines that can run on CNG.

  Kona Electric comes with a 39.2 kW battery pack.  The electric motor generate 136 PS and 395 Nm.  Because of this, it can hit a tonne in 9.7 seconds.  If you find a 50 kW fast bowl, you can charge 80 percent of the battery in 57 twinkles.  The A7.2 kW AC Wall Box Bowl takes 6 hours and 10 twinkles to fully charge Kona Electric.  There is also a movable 2.8 kW bowl, which takes 19 hours to fully charge the vehicle
